Welcome to 60newton.com (the "Website"), owned and operated by Sixty Newton Technical Services LLC ("Sixty Newton", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

Where Sixty Newton is engaged to carry out actual technical services or contracting works, those works are governed by a separate subcontract, works order, letter of award, or project agreement signed between Sixty Newton and the client. In the event of any conflict, the project agreement takes precedence over these Website Terms for matters concerning that project.

All content on this Website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes, without limitation:
- Text, copy, service descriptions, case studies, method statements and downloadable documents

- Logos, trademarks, trade names and the "Sixty Newton" name and mark

Third-party brands
Logos and trademarks of manufacturer partners such as Mapei, Laticrete, AkzoNobel and X-Calibur, and of developers, hotel operators and asset owners referenced on this Website (for example Atlantis, St. Regis, Le Méridien, The Address, Jumeirah and others) remain the property of their respective owners. Sixty Newton references these names solely to identify approved manufacturer systems we apply and reference projects we have executed. Nothing on this Website grants you any licence to use these marks.
Downloading or using materials from the Website is only allowed where this is clearly permitted, and then solely for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Website information, services and technical content
We work hard to keep information accurate and useful, particularly for technical topics such as waterproofing, seamless flooring, epoxy and cementitious polyurethane systems, microtopping, ESD floors, large format tiling, substrate preparation and high-performance finishes. However:
- Service descriptions, system options and reference project lists may change without notice.
- Technical articles, blog posts and guides are general in nature and may not cover every project condition, substrate or site constraint.
- Final design, system selection and installation decisions should always be based on the manufacturer's official technical data sheets (TDS), site-specific substrate testing, current local regulations, and professional engineering advice.
You agree that:
- Information on the Website is provided "as is" for general guidance only.
- Sixty Newton is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from reliance on Website content without a project-specific site survey, written method statement, and a signed project agreement.
For precise recommendations, please contact our technical or estimation team for a project-specific review, site visit and written proposal.
6. Quotations, contracts and project execution
You may submit project enquiries, tender invitations, RFQs, drawings, BOQs or scopes of works through the Website, email or WhatsApp.
Unless stated in a separate signed project agreement:
- Quotations are indicative and remain subject to a site survey, substrate assessment, confirmation of stock and lead times for specialist materials, agreed programme, site access, prevailing conditions and credit status. Pricing assumes continuous working access unless otherwise stated.
- Quotation validity is as stated on the quotation itself. Where no validity period is shown, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- A binding contract is formed only when Sixty Newton issues a written acceptance, or when a signed subcontract, works order or letter of award is executed by both parties.
- Mobilisation takes place after issue of a letter of award or signed subcontract, receipt of any agreed advance payment, confirmation of site readiness, completion of HSE and security inductions, and a coordinated start date with the main contractor.
- Variations and additional works outside the agreed scope (including changes to substrate, system, finish, quantities, programme acceleration, out-of-hours working or additional protection) will be priced and instructed in writing before execution.
- Programme and milestones are based on the assumptions and preceding-trade readiness stated in our offer. Delays caused by other trades, missing approvals, site access restrictions, design changes, MEP coordination, or external events outside our control may extend our programme and may attract additional cost.
- Out-of-hours and night works may be available subject to a separate agreed rate, prior approval of the main contractor and consultant, and compliance with site permits.
Sixty Newton will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, project delay penalties imposed on third parties, or labour downtime of other trades, beyond what is expressly agreed in writing in a signed project agreement.
7. Materials, manufacturer systems and warranties
- Where Sixty Newton supplies the materials, we will use systems from our approved manufacturer partners (including Mapei, Laticrete, AkzoNobel and X-Calibur) or alternative systems agreed in writing.
- Where materials are free-issued by the client or main contractor, the client remains responsible for the suitability, quantity and condition of those materials, and any warranty on the material itself is governed by the manufacturer.
- Workmanship warranty: Sixty Newton warrants its workmanship for the period stated in the relevant project agreement, or where not stated, for 12 months from the date of substantial completion or handover.
- System and product warranties are separately issued by the manufacturer in accordance with their published warranty terms, and remain subject to correct system selection, substrate preparation, environmental conditions, maintenance and use.
- Any extended or joint manufacturer-applicator warranty (where available) must be agreed in writing at the time of award and is subject to the manufacturer's own warranty registration and inspection requirements.
8. Site conditions, access and health and safety
When Sixty Newton is engaged to carry out works on site:
- The client and / or main contractor is responsible for providing safe, clear, dry and ready substrate and surrounding conditions, including resolved structural, MEP and water-ingress issues, before our works commence.
- Site access, permits to work, parking, lifting access, scaffolding (where not in our scope), power, water and lighting are to be made available in accordance with the agreed programme and method statement.
- All works will be carried out in accordance with our HSE policy, the project's HSE plan, and applicable UAE health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Sixty Newton reserves the right to refuse to commence or to halt works where site conditions are unsafe, where substrate is not ready, or where required permits, approvals or protections are not in place. Standing time and remobilisation costs may apply.
9. Snagging, handover and defect liability
- On substantial completion of our scope, a joint inspection will be carried out with the client and / or consultant to record any snags.
- We will close out agreed snags within a reasonable period, subject to site access and continued availability of preceding trades.
- After handover, our defect liability is limited to defects caused by faulty workmanship or materials supplied by us, and excludes damage caused by third parties, misuse, lack of agreed maintenance, structural movement, ongoing water ingress from sources outside our scope, chemical exposure outside the system's design envelope, or any modification or overlay applied by others.
10. User submissions, forms and communications
When you submit a form, send us a message, upload drawings, BOQs, photos or documents, or contact us via WhatsApp, email or social media, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you provide.
By submitting content to Sixty Newton, you confirm that:
- The information is correct to the best of your knowledge.
- You have the right to share any documents, drawings or media you upload, including any client, consultant or third-party content.
- Your content does not infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy rights.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, enquiries, feedback and testimonials may be used to improve our services, train staff, or — with appropriate consent — appear as anonymised case studies or reference content.

- Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.
Where we embed tools or content from third parties, such as YouTube videos, map widgets or chat tools, your use of those features may involve separate data processing by those providers.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sixty Newton, its directors, employees, group companies and partners will not be liable for:

14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sixty Newton, its officers, employees, group companies and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your:
