- Your consent — for example, when you opt in to receive marketing emails, project case studies, or accept non-essential cookies.
- Performance of a contract or steps before entering a contract — for example, when you invite us to tender, request a quotation, instruct us to mobilise, or sign a subcontract or works order.

- Show ads based on your visits to our Website and other websites that use the same advertising networks
In particular, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to 60newton.com or other websites. Their advertising cookies allow them and their partners to display ads tailored to your interests across the internet.
Your choices about personalised ads
- You can manage your preferences for Google advertising, including opting out of personalised ads, by visiting Google's Ads Settings page.

6. Data sharing and third parties
We may share your data with trusted third parties that help us deliver our services and operate our business, strictly on a need-to-know basis:
- Project stakeholders — main contractors, consultants, MEP and finishing trades and the client, where this is needed to plan and execute the works.
- Material suppliers and manufacturer technical teams — including Mapei, Laticrete, AkzoNobel, X-Calibur and other approved partners, where their input is needed for material selection, approvals or warranty support.
- Group companies — including Lapiz Blue General Trading LLC and other Lapiz Blue Group of Companies entities, for material supply, logistics and shared back-office functions.
- Logistics and transport partners — to move materials, tools and equipment to and from site.

- Analytics and advertising providers — as described above, to measure usage and run campaigns.
- Professional advisers — such as auditors, lawyers, insurance providers, or consultants where needed.
- Authorities and regulators — where we are legally required to share information.
These partners are required to handle your data securely and use it only for the agreed purposes.
We do not permit third parties to sell your data.
7. International data transfers
Some of our service providers may be located outside the country where you are based. This can mean your data is transferred to or stored in other countries.
Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure that:
- The receiving country offers an adequate level of data protection, or
- Appropriate safeguards are in place, such as contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
8. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including:
- For active clients, consultants and main contractors, while we maintain a working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, defect-liability, warranty and operational reasons.
- For enquiries, tenders and quotation requests that did not progress to a contract, for a period that allows us to follow up, refer back to historical pricing, and track opportunities — usually a few years.
- For active project records (drawings, approvals, IRs, snag lists, handover documents and warranty records), throughout the project, the defect liability period, the applicable warranty period, and a reasonable period afterwards.
- For accounting, VAT and tax records, as required by applicable UAE law.
When data is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymise it.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
